Most sellers in the mobile home industry that are doing some sort of financing are electing to use a lease option strategy instead of a traditional financing.

Houses in Location A sell for more than houses in Location B for the same number of bedrooms or baths, and that sort of thing.

One of their main sports fields is sort of across from our parking garages but the pedestrian access to our building is on a different street.

If you get into contract at a higher price and plan on bank financing,,, someones going to take a hair cut.  

You can probably still make some sort of commission if you broker the deal, I recommend reaching out to a small business attorney as they'll be more familiar with this.Did I understand the situation correctly?
