How do you folks track various expenses  (furnishing, food, payroll, local & air transportation, referral fee, licensing fee, repairs/renovation etc.)?

For example, personally, with the exception of some basic human needs (food, freedom, health care), I don't want to be forced to subsidize anyone else's lifestyle.

Buy and hold requires a lot of time and energy when in the renovation process or filling a vacancy.

Just food for thought.I have also stayed in a cabin or two that were managed by Vacasa and I was never impressed. 

@Jason Matthews it's in Brooklyn so you'll tend to find everything fairly near by unless you're looking for something specific like a whole foods then you're looking at a 15-20 min drive, a 30-40 minute bus/train.Part of the deal already has approved plans attached so we based the construction pricing on that.

So you may have to go with a cold process or self-adhered method.There is even the metal roof option of course.

The residents (or property owner) need to actively teach, and the Sense processor needs to learn to identify the individual appliances, lights, fans -electrical loads.
