How do you folks track various expenses  (furnishing, food, payroll, local & air transportation, referral fee, licensing fee, repairs/renovation etc.)?Do you link business credit card (or bank account) to QuickBooks? How to track cash expenses (like groceries)? Need expense tracking for taxes and self analysis.

I've used YNAB for years and believe it may be a bit less expensive than QuickBooks (although I'm not sure if I'm grandfathered in to a rate).
