I would like to know anyone here retired by buying turn key rental properties ? Using Buy and hold Strategy.

there is no retirement .. you just switch jobs  as a real estate investor.. this is not the stock market .

its managing people and managers. at least in the resi space.. this could be far different in NNN type properties with national tenants..
