Usually they aren't real PSA's though - usually they're one pagers that vaguely look like a PSA but are questionably binding.Not sure if I'd take it more seriously as an actual PSA, or just be sad that 13 pieces of paper were wasted instead of just 1... at least the one page guys are saving the trees :).Seriously though - I think you'll get a more mileage by trying to start a conversation with the owner, trying to view the property, and taking it from there.
