New investor from the Bay Area
Hey Bigger Pockets members! I've been lurking this site for a while but now I feel like I can now participate! My name is Kamil Smith and I'm getting started investing in Northern California by doing some wholesaling, BRRR, and maybe a couple flips if possible. Looking to invest in the Contra Costa County, Sacramento, and maybe even Stockton. Getting started in the Bay Area isn't easy (being the one of the most expensive places), but I've made some connections and am getting closer to pursuing my first investment! Always looking for more connections/potential partnerships and look forward to learning more here.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
