Legal Zoom says they don't do it but directed me to the IRS site to download the form.

Once you come to terms, all of the documents for due diligence are released inside of FCI to download and review.I contacted my attorney to tell him the next crazy thing I was up to and asked him to look over the documents, and shed some light on what my plan was in case I was overlooking something.

Gary: just one more thing, if we like the house we just need to look at your house file folder when you bought the house, there's a legal description on the paperwork, if you could show that to us, then we could note the legal description and place that on the offer, is that a problem to have that file folder available so we can just look at the legal description?

If they are upset about it, that's all the indication you need to understand you're dealing with a criminal and not a newbie who doesn't know but wants to do things legally.We have a pre-printed set of documents and a cover sheet for the manilla folder every vendor gets, the cover sheet is a checklist of all the items required for the IRS, the accountant, our insurance audit etc... with each vendor you just check off each item that will be required so you have all your paperwork intact and complete.
