I am a relatively new real estate investor from Gainesville, FL. I am the President of FAB Real Estate Solutions LLC. We started operations in October of 2014. Our main focus is rehabbing, but we have buy and hold properties as well. Our goal is to complete six rehab deals by the end of 2015. We are currently in the process of rehabbing one property. Additionally, we would like to expand into the Ocala, Orange Park, Jacksonville, and St. Augustine areas as well. I came to Bigger Pockets to gain relevant knowledge, and to expand my network.
