My name is Armando and I just moved to the Lehigh Valley to start working on some contractor projects for an investor client of mine and I am looking to add a couple more clients to my list.My backgroundI went to Northeastern in Boston for college studying computers and management but I always loved the idea of real estate, so decided to work for my dad's company doing renovations.

.- Ensure electrical panel, wiring, plumbing, drains, heat pumps, central air conditioner, hot water heater, etc. are in good serviceable condition.- Trim baseboards with 6" trim, windows, throughout.Living Room:- Is that an attic access panel?

I usually tell my new clients to anticipate ~3-4 points origination on a rehab and ~2 points on a refinance along with another ~5k in UW, doc prep, legal, etc.

I had another client call me and he paid 20k for basically nothing..

Thomas Wright from Renovate ease always does a good job for me and my clients on the contractor side.

Quality" comes at a premium.I've always preferred looking for quality at a discount.For example, I'm heavy into regional banks now as IMO they are the back bone of small business.Most of us small business owners prefer working with them due to proximity, better rates and service and the relational value they offer just to name a few.Market has been dented due to the SVB, First Republic and now NYCB fiasco, etc... 

They offer a background check / tenant screening service, which is paid by tenant.  

I am a new wholesaler investor my service areas will be Kenosha/ Somers/ Pleasant Prairie/ Racine, and Waukegan & Zion, IL.

I did this for several contractors absolutely free and this free service benefits me in several ways since I learn from others and some of those contractors gave me some fairly large jobs they could were not qualified to do.End of my long story.
