Just cause they are negative doesnt mean the risks are not real.

I was asking cause if someone else was already doing this then I was not going to pursue being that creative.

If this functional eye sore or stiff faucets are causing you headache from your tenant then spend a little money to make them happy and replace them and the headache will go away.
