Hello guys,I purchased a subscription to Agentpro247 yesterday and before purchasing a list I am putting together I decided to cross check the leads with the county record.For the county I am targeting AgentPro247 shows they refreshed the records on 4/22/2016..today is 5/12. 

Now it's time to learn how to generate leads!

Can anyone recommend a good lead tracking software for wholesalers?

It's about the right processes, in the right order, to create momentum that leads to consistent closings.

Which has given me a couple of leads, some are pretty decent ones too. 

Hello,I am currently working on a lead that is in probate and still in the deceased owners name.

I excelled in generating leads but having a hard time qualifying it and moving further in the procedure.

I have a few leads that I'm going to make an offer to, and I would like to throw in a second option that doesn't require my financing.  

On the first occasion that the same problem occurred, he was still getting SOME promotional emails from BP, but none relating to his followed threads, which leads him to believe that the problem is:- the "Re-verification" email that needs to be received is originating from the SAME email source that has been blocked in the first place (which could be a specific email server process that created the glitch).
