"Account unverified" glitch is still continuing?

Yesterday a fellow BP Member got a "your account is unverified" message (again). Not through his email, but on the BP site itself.

But, it seems that in order to verify it, you have to receive an email from BP? Well that's a big problem, because, EVERY BP email he would normally have received since then is not being received into his email inbox!

(ie. Catch 22)!

On the first occasion that the same problem occurred, he was still getting SOME promotional emails from BP, but none relating to his followed threads, which leads him to believe that the problem is:- the "Re-verification" email that needs to be received is originating from the SAME email source that has been blocked in the first place (which could be a specific email server process that created the glitch).

His suggestion would be to arrange for the BP "Re-verification" email to originate from a DIFFERENT email source than the one which created the email server glitch in the first place, meaning that the (hotmail, or yahoo etc) email server will not have any reason to BLOCK the "re-verification" email like it's already blocking every other BP email!

Periodically he has seen that others have written about the same problem - but how were they overcome? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

[Hi Mindy. Your below post has been seen. He will email immediately. Thanks]
