They usually not until 120-180days late and are then public record, and free,which is why the owners get bombarded. 30, 60,90 days are not public record and you must buy the info, so they get less people working them.

The truth in lending is a plus for a buyer but why not go further and tell the public the big past melt down was not the big boobo of the buyers in that they were hexed from the beginning in that their mortgage was cut up in pieces and sold everywhere and investors wanted a bigger bang for their buck
