Seller Questions on First Contact

Hi guys, I am hand writing my envelopes and yellow letters to my list, and I was wondering if they ask me "how did you know I owned a house at xxx property" or something like "how did you get my information" what should I say?

Should I just be honest and say that I got their name from a listing agency that shows owners that don't occupy the homes?? (listsource)

btw, handwriting these things suck!! saving money though
