Loopnet vs CoStar in Chicago
I am told that even though these 2 are under the same ownership that one or the other is stronger in certain geographical areas.
Do you know which is stronger in Chicago market?
I was thinking Loopnet but kind of peeved that while I took a few days to decide, they raised rates 25% without an announcement.
Anyone want to "share" a membership?
