I honestly prefer other platforms which cost hundreds to thousands a month compared to QB.

I have begun the eviction process however its evident this tenant is going to dig her heels in and cling to my property to the very end. 

(This is actually advice Brandon gave in one of his books on a flip that went poorly).As far as the strategy goes, monthly furnished rentals (especially through the Airbnb platform) is my favorite rental strategy.

Just me brainstorming here, but...You could potentially build a rent collection platform on top of something like Stripe and owners can hire you to process their rents.

Zillow's collection platform is separate from the rental/purchase platform.
