Grove, but (IMHO) most of the {pricy} programs aimed at newer investors do not provide an adequate return on your capital out lay (which can be as much, or more, than the down-payment on a property).If you are the type of person who learns best in a formal setting , as opposed to self-study, I would suggest that auditing a course or two on real estate at a local college or university would provide a more in-depth knowledge with out all the salesmanship for the "Even Bigger Dog" programme.

I would recommend staying away from listing sights like Craigslist and aim to list on sites such as LoopNet, CommercialSearch, 42Floors, and CoStar.
