Getting started from low income W2

I'm trying to get into real estate but I'm not sure the best method, using the brrrr method or house hacking or buying rental properties outright or something like flipping. If I'm making roughly 90k joint income with my wife and we own a home already paying roughly 2400$ monthly for our mortgage what would be the best way to get into this what should I consider and what should I know I'd like to go through with rentals rather than flipping but where do I start?
