Morning Routines? Who has them?

My morning looks like this: 6am wake up. 2 glasses of water. Make bed. Journal. Read. 10 min Meditate. Gratitude practice. Stretch. Tea. Small Breakfast. Vitamins. Read my intentions. 10 full deep breathes. - This takes me about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete.

Min, glass of water, journal, read, workout.

Starting my day off this way makes a world of difference. I’m much calmer and more focused.
