What are the areas you have targeted?

I am in Phoenix where old 2 bed 1 bath homes are a target for some rehabbers here.

So far I have sent Post Cards and Yellow Letters, and I have used Facebook Ads to market to the zip code I am currently targeting.

We increased our monthly investment to $1500 and expanded our target market.

However, since my target properties are lower end properties that often requires rehab before I can attract the best tenants at full market rent, I find myself doing a lot of work.  

Most of them will only look at higher end stuff.And the other investors that own in those areas most likely self manage.This is one of the main reason why we started in house PM.We only manage what we sell tho.Might look at taking on other business as I think I have the C and D class management style down packed.Will just need 5 full time alpha characters to pound the doors.So still a while away :)Thanks and have a great day.
