It appears there is a large concentration of members in the Philadelphia area and it appears to be a hot market.

Starting out a craig's list ad, an add in the marketplace here on BP and other internet sites, is a good start.

However, in this day and age with the Internet, I think it's pretty easy for tenants to look up who the owner is, so I wouldn't deny it.

Is your group of prospects very internet savvy?

So don't worry, stick around and things will progress.I think techies have an advantage because they are better able to utilize all the power of the internet to help them with their investing much faster than... non-techies!

Not being condescending but there aren't any big players here, they don't bother with spending time on forums or hitting on podcasts, only newbies and those needing to impress them land on internet forums.

Simple question...For those people that get internet leads that aren't deals but the person has some level of motivation...how sort of follow up marketing do you do to these leads?  

Currently I am scouring the internet to find a software that offers a professional and very detailed look, that I can present to our lender.

I search the internet daily for help and information.
