Rookie from Denver, Colorado
Hello BP community!
I'm a newbie to the real estate business, with not much more than a hope and a dream to build upon. I live in the Denver Metro Area and am planning to keep with what I know for right now and work in my home marketplace. Being so green that I'm squeekin', I'm out there trying to learn as much as I can. I found BP through some searces and have been excited to keep reading more and more in the BP forums. I'm a techie set to do investing part time to eventually create some passive income for my family.
At first, I'm looking to do some flipping to create some capital for eventually building a buy and hold portfolio. I'd enjoy connecting with you all and look forward to meeting many of you as I start my journey.
