You'd have to run all new cold air and hot air returns for a forced air furnace just not feasible.Get some one HVAC Boiler guy to bleed all air out of radiators, and baseboards.and stand by as helper. once system is bled of air locks will preform as designed and much quieter.Ya new boiler I put in for 6 plex was 7 grand.. 

sounds grand,but may be a management nightmare,,,or not.

I am married, live in Grand Rapids Mi, with a fabulous wife and two great kids, one past college and one entering.

If that is the case then Grand Rapids, MI where I live is the best area, consider Fortune, Lonely Planet and nearly ever major outlet has ranked it up top. 

Now it hasnt gone up much if at all since it was started .   5 grand was a nice sum in the 1970's .

I also, am not willing to put out 14 grand just like that because I am not wealthy obviously.

So I keep seeing as the seller these puny 500 and 1k EM and thought geez what is it with these buyers.. so I started leading with 5 to 25k em  you should have seen the other agents eyes pop out when I wrote a 25k EM check on a 200k deal.. did not matter if I was a few grand light on price they took my deal over the guy who led with 500.00 bucks  LOL..

The seller deferred taxes but gave up a couple hundred grand on the sale.

When my minimum profit margin is $50k(on this one I project $70-$90k), I don't really care about the couple grand in cost difference between the three different options.I've obviously run comps.
