i am thinking about renting out my rental home by the room rather than just to one family i can only get about 900 to 1000 with one family but i could get 400 to 500 per room and it has 4 rooms and i am thinking of converting one of the 3 car garages into a room and possible the formal dinning room into a room that could be 2400 a month i am also thinking of letting someone that would be in charge rent the master bedroom for less they would be in charge of the house and would get a little break on master bedroom rent

first question-Is this house 'zoned' for multi family occupancy??

where are you going to find 6 people who can live together under one roof?

are they going to share kitchen, frig, and bathrooms?? Who is going to housekeep them??

sounds grand, but may be a management nightmare,,,or not. Hope your experience is good!!
