I find it best to go talk with the planning / zoning department in the jurisdiction that your looking to build in and they are most always in my experience willing to help guide you in the right direction and provide you with a specific list of items that they require for a preliminary approval so you can have the confidence to know that you can build what you would like to on the property.

Being an introvert is not a matter of not knowing enough but a matter of confidence and forceful articulation.As a mentor on the back pocket of the introvert, it's basically like two people engaging others, a deal, a conversation, etc.That increase in confidence and subsequently conviction helps the introvert to succeed and slowly gain more individual confidence through practical experiences.It has worked for me and I am now paying it forward by mentoring and helping others

I thought it would be cool to see what tactics people use to stay motivated and engaged in real estate.I like to write my goals (short, long, middle-long term) in a journal at night before bed, than I wake up and read them.
