Yesterday we had a tenant rep broker reached out to us saying he has a potential tenant (franchise, pastry type of store) who expresses interest in our space but after checking our exclusive agreement with one of our tenants it will violate that agreement so had to turn them down.

Both of these make them lackluster at best.Lack of consideration of others -- I would be exceedingly hesitant to sign any sort of extension with a tenant who lives in a shared-elements-in-common situation who doesn't model "community thinking" at least to a degree.I currently have a tenant whose embodiment of ^^^ has toxified an entire property . . . one bad apple makes the whole block sore!

@Tom MatousekAdditional savings hack: Depending on if you bleed blue or orange, start at the second closest store you want to buy from, take their bid to the competitor then take that second bid to the closest store you want to work with.
