I get asked to do NCND and a bunch of other stuff from wholesalers that I do not even look at those properties.I have integrity and if the wholesaler truly has something at a great deal that is NOT on the market ( weeds out 90% of what wholesalers are peddling ) then there is no issue.Anytime wholesalers say buyer must pay fees and is a daisy chain of crap I just delete.If you want to be a wholesaler don't focus on selling crap with price and terms people are not interested in.
