Most lenders don't think like active investors. 

I look forward to being active on these forums and hope to eventually be able to contribute just as much as many of you are at this point in your journey.  

This Pro-Active system works, don't be shy, be alive get out there to survive in this business. 

This is just a short summary of my activities from the past year and my goals for next year! 

The creditor is automatically stayed (ordered to refrain) from attempts to pursue any form of debt collection activity.

Transactional Funding is essentially a 24-hour loan for 1-1/2 to 2 points, and you'll see a lot of deals - where they are and their spreads.Those activities may give you an education in this business faster and more broadly than wholesaling, and one of the areas that seems to have a lot of demand from investors.

If he is more involved or engages in the activity with regularity it would be treated accordingly as self employment Which could be a good thing from a tax planning standpoint.

I am an active RE investor in Utah but I have also flipped 4 homes in San Diego and 5 properties on Maui. 

But after several years of hit & miss frustration they decided to convert it into retirement living for 4-5 active & 'with it' elderly ladies.
