Hello. Im starting the real estate in two weeks. I will start in the Tampa Bay Area with around 700k to work with. I've been doing my research in real estate for the past year or so. I I me one of those guys that knows a little about everything (wholesaling, short sales, malti family/single family flip and hold). Also know a little about tax deeds. My question is what would be the best place to start. I thought wholesaling/flipping because flipping is fun and wholesaling will keep me busy and bring in cash flow while I renovate the homes and put it on the market. I've come across the guru Sean terry and I also thought that his system would be a good "instruction Manuel" or "rule book" for a good start to a great career. Is it worth it? What do you guys think? Any ideas?

@Cyrus KouandjioWelcome to BP.  A great place to learn. The first thing to learn is not to flash your money around. Keep that private. Second there are many threads on BP with what people would do if they had x amount of $$.

Before you can decide what direction you wish to go, you need to determine your goals.  Your goals. Could range from kicking back and enjoying the cash flow to land banking.

What is you end game and how active or passive do you want to be in the process?
