How do I become an agent who is assigned BPO?

Listened to a podcast for agents and BPO's was one of the take away points I got out of it for supplemental income.

Sure it's not big money but $50 a pop is handy for the gas.

I tried googling BPO and Cleveland but I only get the brokers in charge of doing BPO.

Any tips, or any agent who is actively doing BPO's could explain how they got into it?

Thanks

Federico
