Waste of time.

I also recommend getting an engineering/environmental report if the property is on private water and waste water treatment plants or has any underground tanks. 

., actually the filing fee is based upon the amount of business property you own in Wyoming, so unless you have a load of property in WY there is only a $50 filing fee. 

Residential their going to want stool samples and 4pints of blood and maybe a kidney.Ill save you the trouble of wasting your time.

Making anything less then that is a waste of our time and effort.

Using my miles for business travel would be wasting them if I can afford to pay for them through my LLC through my business SWA card. 

And they love to waste your time!

Paying someone to let them know what someone else is going to let them know for free, shortly after the event, is a waste of money in my opinion.

In the meantime, I and all of your neighbors have paid the property manager to try to contact you, we've wasted money on envelopes and postage and have paid the attorney a fee to start your case (gets added to your bill, but still.) 

I'm certain I'll still make the call, of course, if I'm not paying an actual property manager already by 10 doors because I'll be sick and tired of this garbage.This business with home warranties, as indicated previously, is a total waste of money.
