2 deals at once for newbie

I have the opportunity to purchase 2 MHPs about an hour away from each other from 2 different sellers. I have been in the real estate industry for 25 years (property mgmt side) and have owned rental homes but these would be my first MHPs. Should I bother doing due diligence on both small properties at the same time (both around 10 lots each) or just focus on one? Thanks.

Only ten lots each, why not do both? Just need leases, bills and bank statements. I also recommend getting an engineering/environmental report if the property is on private water and waste water treatment plants or has any underground tanks.
