Business Trips: Spending Airline Miles or Charging

I'm going to be taking some business trips to Kansas City soon. I'm using my SWA miles and it occurred me the other day I might be "doing it wrong". I have both a personal and business SWA card.

If I'm able to write off travel on my business credit card is it smart to use my miles for business travel? Or should I be saving them for personal travel? Or did I just answer my own question?

    Replied

Purchase business trips and redeem for personal. Miles/points have been determined to not be taxable. Cash back is taxable income/reduction of expenses.
