If it means costing my business partner money in the majority of our transactions, I will simply sacrifice the money and time I have already spent in the process of obtaining my license.

Your time will be better spent building your business, acquiring new properties, raising capital, etc...

Sounds like you already spent money on a REFI so selling would hurt a bit but if you do sell you wouldn't have to pay any taxes on any gains from the sale.

I currently rent a 2bd/bath apt in Bellevue and pay $2100 in rent which I believe can be better spent in paying my own houses mortgage pm but any decent houses run from 1-1.5 mil and most from 1.5-2 mil range.
