You always wonder why a website put up a certain product that you didn't search for or why Google put various links to things that didn't have much to do with your search.

Best to reconsider your business plan.The same rule applies in multifamily real estate as it does in any tech company offering a product - just because you build it, doesn’t mean customers will flock to you.

Others will go with some unique DSCR products.  

I also have  a local lender to Pensacola that I will work with next as they have similar products, and I think they will be more efficient (Kiavi is a national lender).

Find out who the highest per agent production office in your metro is....then join them.

Rates and terms vary as Im not an expert since this is a direct to consumer lending product (Im a broker). 

I am doing this for just a few years, and my products are not cheap, yet we already have over 800 students....

Does anyone have any leads on financing products that would provide exceptions and not need 25% - 30% down?? 

Make sure you understand how the product is being assembled in the factory vs at the site.
