Unless you are planning on acquiring 2-4 units with FHA financing, it is generally a bad idea to hold an apartment under your personal name.

RR has some very nice product .. however one just needs to look at any real estate venture with the same due diligence you would buying a home to live in.home inspection verify neighborhoods etc.My personal Experience with Zach the owner has proven over time he is very diligent in making sure his product and staff are on top of his clients investments.. that all said its still real estate so keep that in mind as well. but as for integrity Zach has it from my point of view.

If you don't have such a person, you can go to a third party service like VerifyInvestor.com and pay a fee for them to review your financials and generate the letter (from an attorney).

Any return will be great so many are not returning anything and asking for Cash calls.from my personal perspective I would do anything I could to NOT syndicate and subject yourself to those risks in case the deals don't work .. they don't work and you get massacred on SM etc etc.Myself I would, if you need partners go for just a very few in more of a JV format with you as the managing member..
