I would think that even if you spent 100k on the rehab, you're still making a killing...There don't appear to be a lot of recent sales in the area and it is one of those places where you've got $130k houses mixed in with $1M+ houses.

Well here we go:Short term goals include complete three SF home flips in the next three years (I'm almost done with the first one), and two small MF property repositions in two years.Long term goals include: developing and building mix-use property (above $10M value) in California and the Pacific NW.
