Hi there,

I am new to the community and hopeful to gain a ton of exposure to the world of real estate!  This is my first-ever forum/blog entry, and am doing so mostly to keep tabs on the real estate goals that I have set for myself.  Isn't true what they say, that making goals public brings you closer to realizing what you want?

Well here we go:

Short term goals include complete three SF home flips in the next three years (I'm almost done with the first one), and two small MF property repositions in two years.

Long term goals include: developing and building mix-use property (above $10M value) in California and the Pacific NW.

I am grateful to you for listening, and look forward to the future!

Jason
