hello I am new to this forum . And also to real estate investing . I have reverted purchased a mixed use property in New Jersey and own it free and clear . I'm looking to further my portfolio and buy another multi family property but seem to run into trouble finding funding due to my credit score (685) most banks want 720 or better . What other funding options do I have ?
