I would like some advices to break the ice and start making money, also I would like to meet others investors here in Tampa or Brandon, either newbies like me or experienced investors because it gives you confident interacting with others investors and if I can be of any help to someone just let me know, I am more that willing to meet others investors.

I would also suggest interacting with other MA investors here on BiggerPockets, and learning what you can from them on here. 

Nothing beats face-to-face interaction, you can usually sense red flags easiest in person.I love the Bay Area market but it is too crazy right now.

I have occasionally tried getting in contact with one of them to try to find a flip deal and I can't tell you I have had an ordinary interaction yet!

I will not use a PM until I feel like I really know and understand what it costs to fix things, how to interact with tenants from all walks of life. etc...Just wait till you have your first showings..
