Now, 90% of these "contractors" are big companies that looking for expensive residential work but if you sniff through the reviews and see things like, "Mel was great to work with" over and over again it's more than likely not a huge company.

That will change the recommendations as it determines if you're looking at residential or commercial realtors, loans, etc.In a general sense, I'd say there's a respectable amount of MF in Chattanooga.
