Is anyone investing or flipping mobile homes or manufactured homes in the Lansing Michigan area? Or the Ann Arbor, Michigan area?

I'm looking to get started in real estate investing and I'm interested in mobile homes being that they area generally the cheapest housing and many people say that it's practically recession proof.

I'm a residential contractor and I've worked on a few manufactured homes, but I just didn't know what people thought about mobile homes manufactured homes as an strategy.
