Thinking about multifamily in Chattanooga, TN. Any experience?

I am an extreme beginner that lives in Shreveport/Bossier, LA. I want to buy my first rental but the market here is way over-priced for decent units and rent rates lower than average. I am looking at several different markets and Chattanooga is one that I've found ok ROI's. Does anyone have any experience with this market and are there any realtors out there from this area? Trying to get a lay of the land.

@Terry Phillips I think @Brian Levredge puts it well- there are many ways to do well in the Chattanooga market, something for all investors!
