The font looks really good so I'm not sure it is worthwhile to write out all the letters by hand - that would be time consuming, but I know some people on this site use that method.Let us know how this marketing works out for you.Kyle

In an area that can appreciate north of 2%/year and really do 2-4%/year for next couple years (area was flattish for a couple years and surged 8% last year.. not a lot of room to develop further in a growing metro area).$206K purchase price.

I've seen lots in the 6 figure ranges as well, patio, decks, pools, garages, nice lawns, club house even a golf course, again, location and amenities, not the can on wheels.As personal property they usually won't generate the tax base of conventional housing, yet they use and consume public services just as a conventional home, so at the government side, they are or can be a drag on services.

We have areas like Orange County which is doing relatively well, and is strong in all those things I mentioned, and other areas that have unemployment up around 20% still, with no economies to speak of.As the market picks up in the more stable areas, and grows to full strength again, people start looking at investing in 2nd homes, etc., and oftentimes those homes are in areas that are great tourist areas, but were very hard hit in economic downturns.
