I know up here you take your Boat/RV in October/November and it sits there until April/May and you pay by the month/foot and add fees to winterize etc.

We mostly talked about the buildings & their values as "cost per square foot" & does it cash flow.Now we are starting the process of dividing the partnership or selling off the buildings & I want to price them right.

The mice have infested themselves into the insulation and the drywall throughout the ENTIRE first floor of a 4200 square foot house... and the entire first floor also have a TON of craftsman style details that would have to be taken down and remade.

The one house I am thinking of right now is the one I completely rewired and took the spider web of old knob and tube OUT of the attic.Good access either by inside closet hatch on a 9 foot ceiling,,,ALL the rest of the house the ceilings were lowered to 8 foot with new framework and new drywall 20 years ago.

Most basements will be less dollar per square foot compared to the rest of the house, and short ceilings will often reduce the dollar/sq ft of the space, as well.
