I'm pretty excited about how much info I learn each day absorbing the forums, articles and podcasts.I live in Staten Island and recently sold my Brooklyn 2 bedroom condo in Greenwood purchased in 2006.

I just can't get excited for something with such a small cap rate and ROI!
