I posted this in the Chicago area as well, but I'm looking for like minded people that are interested in a cheaper property management alternative.I own property in Chicago, LA and NYC and I'm working on a platform that incorporates AI and Virtual Assistants so that we can circumvent traditional property managers and instead charge a flat monthly fee.

Say you are friendly with your tenants and know quite a few of them have large 401k's.   They come to you asking for "HELP" are you going to bring up the 401k?

I am a fan of the BP podcast and contribute a lot of my interest in the real estate world to that podcast.I am currently under contract with my first investment property and it is beyond exciting as well as a little nerve racking. 

Buyer ddoesn't seem excited about closingRealtor/attorney for whatever reason don't seem excited. 

I’ve actually done a few of the webinars and 2 unofficial meet ups but it m excited to get to try the other 3.
