Whats my next move with a Bad Management Team
Hi BP, I have a question and hoping you can help me solve it. Since I bought my property I been running into some issues with the tenants and the management I hired. First problem is that some of the tenants are behind on rent and some always have some issues in the units in which they caused the problem. The management never call me with good news. They are charging me for stuff that I shouldnt be charged. For example I had a cameraman come out to give me a estimate on the work and I was charged for that. Also in the Agreement they charge me 1% extra just to keep the place clean and on top of that I charged separately for that. Furthermore, we had a dumping problem we the tenants. Simple solution was to send a letter to all the tenants stating they would be charge if found guilty but they failed to do so. What should I do?

Even if you go another route with a new pm there will be stipulations on separating from your current pm. Good Luck.
thx, the stipulation is to send a 30 day notice certificate mail
