What you seem to be referencing is Tenants in Common, where each party's interest is specified in the subject property opposed to being equal, a form of title to real property.

Ive figured out that if I reduce my student loans by roughly 28k, then my payments are brought to equal my front end debt, and since I cant bypass that, then I have some solid numbers.
