One even worked at a paint counter in a hardware store.

Currently I work in the Underwriters department for State Farm.

Retail stores are opening and closing just as fast.

They make special product for this but you need to go to supplier and not abig box store.  

So be mindful of what you should be looking for that could keep your property from falling into a hazardous situation.Stairwells aren't to store bikes, or Strollers,  and need to be properly lighted so the exits can't be blocked.

Many folks believe that the sales staff working for these stores such as Macy's, Sears, Target, etc. will not have a big impact on the housing market.

It might be helpful to provide your tenant with a "Zip It" tool (around $4 at most big box stores) to use to remove hair clogs from bathtub drains.Gail

You need to do a great deal of home work and sit down with the local licencing department to confirm if it is even remotely possible.
